Through meditation, you can expand your understanding so that the vision of your everyday life really works for you.

Meditation is a practical way to communicate the essence of your conscious awareness to your mind so you can live a more peaceful, joy-filled life.

The Bhagavad Gita is not just a book. It's a promise given by the eternal authentic Self, the Knower, to its own mind that wishes to be enlightened.

The Gita is presented as a conversation between two friends. Arjun represents the questioning state of mind that longs for enlightenment, and Krishna is the answered state, your own state of divinity, the Knower state of consciousness.

We all have our Arjun-mind and Krishna-Knower within us.

Chapter 6 of the Bhagavad Gita finds Arjun (mind) in a very precarious situation. In his desire to ease Arjun's burden, Krishna (divinity consciousness) describes the changing nature of the mind as the cause of worries, fears, tensions, and agitations. Krishna then introduces Arjun to meditation as the means to his own enlightenment.

In this comprehensive class, you'll investigate, discuss, and examine all 47 verses in this chapter. You'll have conversations, meditations, questions, and talks about how to apply this knowledge to your daily life. You'll also learn the meanings of each verse from the original Sanskrit. You might even find yourself learning a verse or two in Sanskrit.

Join us every week to enlighten your mind and heart to the state of joy and freedom within as you discover the knowledge of your own immortal nature, the Knower of who you are.

In this 17-week class, you'll see beyond the veil of your visible, manifest world. As you close your eyes in meditation and open your inner eye to your eternal nature that grounds you in your own joy and freedom.

Class Materials: You will receive weekly class notes of the Sanskrit verses in Sanskrit and transliteration, word-for-word meanings, and unique renderings of each verse. In addition, you'll receive audio recordings of the verses in Sanskrit.

Each live online zoom class is 90 minutes. You will also be part of a private Facebook group where all the classes are live-streamed, so you can watch them anytime, which means you never have to miss a class. The private Facebook group is also a great place to discuss, communicate, and interact with each other during the week.
