The Bhagavad Gita is an important text that contains teachings about the nature of reality, consciousness, and the path to enlightenment. This course features a selection of verses from the Gita that focus on the Knower Self, the divine conscious awareness within.

These verses reflect on the importance of self-awareness and understanding of your true nature. This understanding allows you to break free from the duality of illusion that binds you to pain and suffering.

The verses on the Knower are an inspiring reminder that we are all capable of realizing our divinity and achieving true liberation.

In the class we’ll go over the selected verses that focus on the nature of the Knower, the divinity within us, and what it means to our mind, our understanding, and our waking state. We’ll also look at how the knowledge of the Knower impacts our daily life.

It's a deep dive into the source of our mind and waking state as we explore and uncover the inner peace and freedom that we already are.

Class Materials: You'll receive class notes of the selected verses along with audio recordings.

Each live online zoom class is 90 minutes. You'll also be part of a private Facebook group where all the classes are live-streamed, so you can watch them anytime, which means you never have to miss a class. The private Facebook group is also a great place to discuss, communicate, and interact with each other during the week.
